What would you have changed to make our coaching engagement even more effective for you?
I would request for add on sessions (may be SEQUEL) to this training (for those who have attended to make it SUPER effective. It has by far been the MOST PRODUCTIVE training program I have ever attended in my professional career.
What particular gifts or strengths did the Coach bring to the coaching sessions?
The one on one session I had with Coach was very useful to me, since it was very specific to me & Coach was able to get more on my EQ personality. Based on my feedback & my test results , he was able to guide me where I need to pay more attention & where I am already good.

Truly, I would not have grasped these lessons (enlightenment) from Books. Coach is a very important Guru when it comes to such learnings.
