It also has specialized verticals in Grooming, Business Etiquette, Cross Cultural Competencies and Health .

He has undergone certification from Leadership Management International.Texas.US. and conducted and implemented modules on EPP [Effective Personal Productivity].

His firm is the winner of The Maharashtra Government’s coveted ‘Big Idea’ contest . Recently he was invited to speak on the TEDx Platform at New Delhi. His subject was ‘Choice’.

He has been a part of ITM'S induction program an Institute for Management Science, in Navi Mumbai.

He holds varied interest and is an eternal student of world culture and history, he is an oft invited speaker and trainer in various forums from Indian Merchant Chambers, to several Corporates Houses, Educational Institutions, Government and Non-Government bodies.
He speaks on subjects ranging from Management, Productivity Enhancement, Leadership, Soft Skills, Cross Cultural Competencies, International Relations, Conflict Resolutions and several other topics. His high point was when he addressed The Millionaires Club, at West Palm Beach, Florida, USA.

Jhankar is deeply engaged with several NGOs. He, in the past several years, has worked towards various humanitarian causes involving; education, culture, health and hunger. He has been a part of Rotary International for more than 29 years, he has handled several core areas and is a lead resource in executing projects from Peace and World Understanding, Education, Health and Youth Development. He has participated in several social actions such as Village Development programmes in the state of Maharashtra, often with the assistance and support from the Governments of other countries like Israel.

He has led delegations from India championing World Peace overseas at global forums. He is also the key architect of Mega International Conferences for Rotary International attended by thousands of delegates.

The plethora of information and the experience he holds in the industry and for the social cause, coupled with his worldwide travel, has made him truly believe in the power of Emotional Intelligence.

Today he advocates EQ on all plains of personal, professional and relationship building. He brings to the table a heady mix of almost all areas of the corporate nuances’ and EQ / EI.
